Rewards for the right connection
Someone posts a reward. A scout connects them with the right buyer, seller or tenant. The scout is paid when the deal closes.

Scouts claim a listing, agree the details in a private chat, and introduce someone from their network.

Browse by category and filters — the reward is on every card. Real estate listings need a verified scout.

Press Claim this bounty. The lister looks at your profile and accepts or declines — you're notified either way.

Chat privately
Once accepted, a private chat opens. Agree the details before you introduce anyone.

Make the introduction
Connect the lister with your buyer, seller or tenant. Note in the chat who you introduced and when — that's your proof.

Sign when it closes
When the deal closes, you and the lister both sign the closing agreement in the app, confirming the final price and your reward.

Get paid and rate
The lister pays you directly within 7 days. Afterwards, rate them and say whether the reward was paid — it shows on their public profile.
The money
Plainly: who pays, when, and where the platform fits in.
- Who pays the reward?
- Whoever posted the listing — the seller, the buyer who posted a request, or the landlord.
- When is it due?
- Within 7 days of the deal closing. A deal closes when the sale or lease is signed and the first payment is made (purchase price, deposit or first month's rent).
- Does the platform hold the money?
- No. The lister pays the scout directly by bank transfer or PromptPay. Bounty Marketplace doesn't hold, process or guarantee payments.
- What does the platform charge?
- Nothing during the beta. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before introducing any fee.
- Tax
- Rewards may count as taxable income. The platform doesn't deduct tax, so check your own situation.

Kinds of reward
Fixed amount
e.g. ฿30,000, whatever the final price turns out to be.
Percentage of the price
Worked out on the price actually agreed at closing, not the listed price. Sales only.
By lease length
e.g. ฿30,000 for a 12-month lease and ฿16,000 for 6 months. Rentals only.
Typical rewards: rentals often pay one month's rent; sales commonly 1–3% of the price, with lower percentages on bigger deals. It's your call — the AI suggests a starting point.
What protects you
A signed record
Every closing agreement is timestamped and can't be edited once both sides have signed.
The 12-month rule
Listers agree not to close an introduced deal behind the scout's back for 12 months after the introduction.
A public track record
Ratings on both sides — including whether the reward was paid — appear on public profiles.
Enforcement
Listers who repeatedly don't pay can be removed from the platform.
If a deal falls through
No reward is owed, and any reward already paid should be returned.
Two scouts, one listing
Only the scout who introduced the person who actually closes is paid. The chat history is the record.
Verified scouts
Real estate listings can only be claimed by verified scouts. Verification shows listers you're a real, accountable person with relevant experience.

Questions
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Anyone can browse. You need an account to post a listing or claim one.
Can several scouts claim the same listing?
Yes, and the lister can accept more than one — but the reward goes only to the scout who introduced the person who actually closes.
Is my contact information shared?
Only what you choose to share in the chat.
What if the final price differs from the listed price?
A percentage reward is worked out on the price actually agreed at closing.
Can I post without a reward?
No. Every listing carries a reward — that's what gets scouts looking.
