This is the extremely famous Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711/1A-018, produced in a limited run of only 170 pieces in 2021 to celebrate Patek Philippe's collaboration with Tiffany & Co. It features the signature Nautilus stainless steel case and integrated bracelet, but with a striking "Tiffany Blue" dial and "Tiffany & Co." signature above "Patek Philippe Geneve" branding — a first-ever co-branding of its kind for Patek. The piece pictured shows the steel case, blue sunburst dial with horizontal embossing, date window at 3 o'clock, and the fluted bezel typical of the last-run 5711 (discontinued shortly after this release). Original retail was reportedly around USD 52,000-55,000, but due to its extreme rarity and cultural moment (this was one of the most hyped watch releases in recent memory, with one piece sold at a Christie's charity auction for over USD 6.5 million), the secondary market has seen huge premiums, though prices have cooled significantly from the initial post-release frenzy of 2021-2022.
