How do I find a tenant for my condo faster?

Setting a rental reward
- 1One month's rent is common for rentals.

Example
A unit rented at ฿24,000 a month with a one-month reward: the scout receives ฿24,000, once, when the lease is signed.
When it's due
A rental deal closes when the lease is signed and the first payment (deposit or first month's rent) is made. The reward is due within 7 days of that, paid directly to the scout by bank transfer or PromptPay.
Verified scouts only
Real estate listings can only be claimed by verified scouts, so the people introducing tenants are real, accountable and experienced.
