How does EasyDeal protect listers and scouts?
Every deal ends with a closing agreement both sides sign in the app, timestamped and locked once signed. Listers agree not to close behind the scout's back for 12 months, and ratings, including whether rewards were paid, are public.
Updated
What protects you
- 1A signed record: every closing agreement is timestamped and can't be edited once both sides have signed.
- 2The 12-month rule: listers agree not to close an introduced deal behind the scout's back for 12 months after the introduction.
- 3A public track record: ratings on both sides, including whether the reward was paid, appear on public profiles.
- 4Enforcement: listers who repeatedly don't pay can be removed from the platform.
- 5If a deal falls through: no reward is owed, and any reward already paid should be returned.
- 6Two scouts, one listing: only the scout who introduced the person who actually closes is paid. The chat history is the record.
What EasyDeal doesn't do
EasyDeal doesn't hold, process or guarantee payments. The lister pays the scout directly by bank transfer or PromptPay, within 7 days of the deal closing.
Related questions
- Who pays the reward?
- Whoever posted the listing: the seller, the buyer who posted a request, or the landlord.
- Can the agreement be changed after signing?
- No. Once both sides have signed, the closing agreement can't be edited.
- What happens if a lister doesn't pay?
- Whether the reward was paid shows on the lister's public profile, and listers who repeatedly don't pay can be removed from the platform.
