Step by step
- 1Post the listing with photos and details, and set a reward. AI can suggest a fair price and reward.
- 2When a scout claims it, check their profile (deals closed and ratings), then accept or decline.
- 3Chat with your scout in the app. The private chat is the record of who introduced whom.
- 4Negotiate and complete the sale with the buyer directly, as you normally would.
- 5You and the scout both confirm the final price in the closing agreement in the app.
- 6Pay the reward within 7 days by bank transfer or PromptPay, then rate each other.

Sales commonly offer 1–3% of the price, with lower percentages on bigger deals, or a fixed amount such as ฿30,000.
